First Assignment Bluetooh LE

The first assignment for the Bluetooth LE consisted on to create our own peripheral and connect it through Bluetooth to a Cental Device. In this case, I made a peripheral that works with a potentiometer service and one characteristic send the value as a notification. I'm using LightBlue explorer to read the data.
